# Cách kiểm tra Family đã tham gia của tài khoản Google

**Lưu ý:** Cách này chỉ có thể sử dụng nếu mail của khách hàng không xóa các thư thông báo từ phía Google về việc tham gia Family.

### Bước 1: 

Truy cập mail.google.com, đăng nhập vào tài khoản mà bạn cần kiểm tra

### Bước 2: 

Trên trường tìm kiếm, gõ chữ “Gia đình” nếu bạn set tài khoản của bạn là tiếng Việt, hoặc “Family” nếu bạn set tài khoản của bạn là tiếng Anh.

### Bước 3:&#x20;

Căn cứ vào thư mà google gửi, bạn có thể kiểm tra bạn đã ở trong những gia đình nào và ngày bạn rời khỏi gia đình đó.&#x20;

Ví dụ ở trong hình, tài khoản mẫu đã tham gia và rời khỏi 2 family, trong đó ngày rời family gần nhất là ngày 16/06/2022. Với trường hợp của tài khoản này, sẽ không thể gia hạn các dịch vụ của Shop như Google One hay Youtube Premium cho đến 16/06/2023.
